This cohort is grounded in the belief that when women gather in psychologically safe spaces, we speak more freely, support one another more honestly, and grow more courageously. Informed by fourth-wave feminism, this space recognizes that identity, lived experience, and systemic barriers shape how women lead and are led.

By creating a women-only group, we're not excluding others—we're intentionally centering women’s voices to foster confidence, clarity, and community. It’s a space where power is shared, vulnerability is honored, and leadership becomes not just something we do, but something we reclaim.
